What we do
At Skylight we talk about "sharing the journey" which means walking alongside people in their recovery and carer journeys. We value lived experience and peer led programs, leading to outcomes which enhance wellbeing and strengthen resilience.
Find the right support services
We can help you find the right support services whether you are an individual with a mental illness, a carer, friend or family member. Skylight delivers a broad range of services which include group programs, individual programs, family support programs, carer support programs, residential respite accommodation programs, and education and training.
Skylight is also a Mi Networks service provider and can connect you to relevant information, peer support, community networks and personalised referrals.
We offer tailored and up-to-date information to assist you, your family members, friends and carers. If we don't have the information you require, we will help you find it. Access the Mi Networks information sheets here.
We are part of a national organisation of mental health service providers – the Mental Illness Fellowship of Australia (MIFA). MIFA is a not-for-profit, grassroots, self-help, support and advocacy organisation of people with serious mental illnesses, their families and friends. You can find out more about MIFA here.
